The end-of-year drinks, the back-to-work afterwork or the launch party often land on the same desk, with the same brief, find a bar in Paris for the whole team. That is where it gets tricky. A bar that takes 20 people on a Tuesday has nothing to do with a venue that closes its doors for 120 guests on a Thursday in December. We kept 8 venues that really play the corporate game, with the capacities, packages and prices listed on their websites.

Before choosing, set the format of the evening

The question is not “which bar”, it is “which evening”. Three formats come up in almost every request, and each one has its venues.

  • Get the team playing before drinking. An activity bar breaks the ice between departments that never talk. This is the team building format.
  • Walking dinner, speeches, networking. A wine or cocktail bar near the offices, with a screen for the presentation and staff who circulate.
  • Dinner then dance floor. A venue that goes from restaurant to bar to DJ without changing address, for end-of-year parties that run late.

Bars where the team plays before drinking

PAN Bar Paris, for a company evening unlike the others

PAN Bar Paris, at 6 rue de Paradis in the 10th, is a leisure bar inspired by clay pigeon shooting. Each group settles into a booth with two rifles and a tablet that launches around ten in-house games and is also used to order cocktails and sharing plates cooked on site. Nine booths, from 4 to 12 people, and up to 65 players at the same time.

For a company, there are three levels. The simple package books one or more booths, for 2 to 66 people, from 16 euros per person. The team building package, for 4 to 66 people, starts at 36 euros per person with a drink, one dish for four and a group photo. And the private package closes the whole venue from 30 people and up to 150, with a dedicated host for the evening, a group photo, the option to project a presentation and a single point of contact for the booking. Food comes from the house menu or from a caterer, on quote.

Who it is for. Teams that want a real activity without leaving the bar, groups mixing departments that do not know each other, evenings of 30 to 150 people on weeknights. The game is open from age 16, the bar is for adults only, and the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Open Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays. PAN Bar has only one address, in Paris.

Hall’s Beer Tavern, the Châtelet beer pub with darts

Hall’s Beer Tavern, at 68 rue Saint-Denis in the 1st, hosts small groups of 20 to 30 people up to events of 100 people depending on the layout. Its strong point is a free connected dartboard, handy to break the ice, plus quiz, blind test or photobooth options.

Corporate packages are listed. The afterwork at 29 euros per person, for 10 to 30 people, with a reserved table (not privatized), one drink and a savory platter. The Signature package at 49 euros per person, for 30 to 70 people, more complete. Who it is for, teams that want a central afterwork, reachable from every Châtelet line, with a budget known in advance.

Bars for a walking dinner near the offices

Apéro Square, the wine bar between Opéra and Vendôme

Apéro Square, at 24 rue Daunou in the 2nd, is a wine and tapas bar designed for corporate events. Three formats, a seated format for 10 to 15 people (minimum spend of 39 euros per person), a semi-private walking dinner for 15 to 25 people from 800 euros including tax, and full privatization for 26 to 70 people from 1,680 euros including tax, drinks and food included.

Live cooking keeps guests moving, and a TV screen is provided for presentations. Who it is for, teams in the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th who want a walking dinner without taking transport, with a clear budget from the first quote. It is one of the few venues on this list to publish the price of a full venue.

Divine, three spaces to choose from in the 10th

Divine, at 61 rue d’Hauteville in the 10th, is split into three spaces on two levels. The closed upstairs room takes up to 35 people with its own staff, and the full venue goes up to 105 people, with cocktails and sharing plates. Open Monday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 2 am.

Who it is for, a client cocktail, a launch or a team afterwork of 30 to 100 people, in an area easy to reach from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Prices are on quote, with a 2026 brochure to download on the website.

Bars for an evening that ends on the dance floor

La Baraque, from dinner to nightclub at the same address

La Baraque, at 102 rue de Charonne in the 11th, combines a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a nightclub. The room seats 100 and takes up to 120 people in cocktail format. Seminars, afterworks, launches and company Christmas dinners, the quote arrives within 24 hours and you can also book via WhatsApp.

Who it is for, the end-of-year party that starts at the table and ends on the dance floor, with no shuttle and no second venue. For the full planning of this kind of evening, read our guide to the company end-of-year party in Paris.

Le Marilyn, the Oberkampf dance bar

Le Marilyn, at 122 rue Oberkampf in the 11th, is a cocktail and dance bar open since 2013. You can book the whole bar for up to 120 people, or just the cellar, for 40 to 60 people. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm to 2 am, closed on Mondays, with homemade platters and tapas from 10 euros.

Who it is for, a team that wants a real party in a nightlife district. The cellar is a good compromise for a department of 40 that does not want to pay for a full venue.

La Rêverie, for very large headcounts near Bastille

La Rêverie, at 15 rue de la Roquette in the 11th, is the venue on this list that goes the highest. The lounges take 20 to 40 people (Sunday to Thursday), the full floor 40 to 100, and the whole establishment 80 to 200 people, indoor and outdoor included. Buffets, DJ set, polaroids and screens are available as options, everything is on quote.

Who it is for, companies that gather all their staff in a single evening. Beyond 200 guests, you need to leave the bar category for an event venue, Le 211, facing the Canal de l’Ourcq, for instance lists up to 1,000 people across five spaces.

Pub Saint-Germain, four floors in the heart of the 6th

Pub Saint-Germain, at 17 rue de l’Ancienne Comédie in the 6th, spreads over 400 square meters and four floors, with different atmospheres and capacities on each level. It hosts group meals from 30 people and can be privatized for events, with continuous service from noon to midnight and DJ sets from Wednesday to Saturday.

Who it is for, a Left Bank team that wants a pub atmosphere, with the flexibility to privatize one floor rather than the whole venue.

What this ranking will not tell you

Let us be honest about the limits. First, most prices are on quote, only PAN Bar Paris, Apéro Square and Hall’s Beer Tavern publish priced packages. Second, the capacities listed are maximums, standing in cocktail format. A seated dinner often halves the headcount. Finally, no bar suits every evening. PAN Bar Paris is unbeatable to get a team playing, but it is not the place for a dance party until dawn, and its food is shared rather than served at the table. Conversely, La Baraque and Le Marilyn get people dancing, but they do not keep a group of strangers busy.

Booking platforms for group bars also exist and save time when you compare several venues on the same date. They do not replace a direct call to the bar to negotiate the minimum spend or the closing time.

The criteria that make a good corporate privatization

Four points to check before paying a deposit.

  1. The real capacity by format. Ask for the cocktail and the seated capacity, not a single figure.
  2. What is included. Drinks, food, entertainment, projection equipment, cloakroom. A low price without food often ends up costing more.
  3. The minimum spend. If it is not reached, the difference is billed. Get it in writing.
  4. The closing time and the day. A Tuesday or Wednesday is easier to negotiate than a Thursday in December, and the closing time changes everything for an evening that dances.

Capacities, packages and prices checked on the official websites of the venues in September 2026. The maximum private capacity of PAN Bar Paris was confirmed by the venue.

Frequently asked questions

Where can you privatize a bar for a corporate event in Paris?
It depends on the format. For an evening where the team plays before drinking, PAN Bar Paris, a shooting bar in the 10th, can be fully privatized from 30 people and up to 150. For a walking dinner near the offices, Apéro Square near Opéra hosts 26 to 70 people. To go from dinner to the dance floor, La Baraque in the 11th takes up to 120 people in cocktail format. Beyond 150 guests, La Rêverie near Bastille privatizes the whole venue for 80 to 200 people.
How much does it cost to privatize a bar for a company in Paris?
Published packages range from about 30 to 50 euros per person. Hall’s Beer Tavern lists 29 euros for an afterwork of 10 to 30 people and 49 euros for its Signature package of 30 to 70, PAN Bar Paris 36 euros for its team building package, Apéro Square 39 euros for a seated format. For a full venue, Apéro Square starts at 1,680 euros including tax for 26 to 70 people, drinks and food included. Large headcounts are almost always quoted on request.
From how many people can you privatize an entire bar?
The most common threshold is around 30 people. PAN Bar Paris privatizes the whole venue from 30 people, Apéro Square from 26, and Hall’s Beer Tavern reserves a private area from 40 people on its Party package. Below that, aim for a semi-private option, a floor or a cellar, such as the cellar at Le Marilyn for 40 to 60 people or the upstairs room at Divine for up to 35.
Which bar should you privatize for a team building event in Paris?
For team building, look for a bar where something actually happens, not just a counter. PAN Bar Paris is built for it, with shooting booths, around ten games and a dedicated host for the evening on full privatization. Hall’s Beer Tavern offers free connected darts and, as an option, a quiz or a blind test. For an activity outside a bar, our selection of team building activities in Paris widens the choice.
Can you give a presentation during a corporate evening in a bar?
Yes, several bars plan for it. PAN Bar Paris lets you project a presentation in its private package, Apéro Square provides a TV screen for presentations, and La Rêverie lists screens for events. Mention it in your quote request, since equipment and speaking time change how the service is organized.
How far in advance should you book a bar for a company party?
For November and December, plan one to two months ahead, Thursdays and Fridays go first. The rest of the year, two to three weeks is often enough for a group of 30 to 70 people. Moving the evening to a Tuesday or Wednesday opens more slots and makes negotiating easier.
