A successful corporate party often comes down to three things. A moment where the team does something together, a real meal, and a bar that does not close at 9 pm. The problem is that in Paris you often end up with three addresses, an activity in the 11th, a restaurant in the 2nd and a bar somewhere in between, and a third of the group vanishing at each move. We kept 7 venues that do all three under one roof, with what they actually publish about the activity, the meal and the drinks.

What “open bar” means, depending on the venue

Before comparing, agree with the venue on what the words mean. Three formulas hide behind “open bar”.

  • Unlimited open bar over a time slot. Drinks at will for a set duration, price known in advance. The most comfortable, and the rarest as a public price.
  • Drinks allowance. A number of drinks per person, with extras beyond that. Cheaper, but needs managing.
  • Minimum spend. Everyone orders freely, the venue bills at least an agreed amount. Flexible, but the final bill can exceed the estimate.

Our detailed selection

PAN Bar Paris, the activity at the heart of the evening

PAN Bar Paris, at 6 rue de Paradis in the 10th, is a one-of-a-kind shooting bar in Paris. Each booth has its guns and a tablet that launches a dozen in-house games and is used to order cocktails and sharing plates cooked on site by a chef. Three packages are published, booths for 2 to 66 people from 16 euros per person, a team building package from 36 euros per person with a drink, one dish for four and a group photo, and full private hire from 30 people, up to 150, with a dedicated host and the option of projecting a presentation. For drinks, no open bar package is listed, the menu or a caterer are set on quote. Closed on Mondays, games from age 16, bar for adults only. The venue also features in our selection of board game bars in Paris.

Who it is for, teams of 30 to 150 people for whom the activity is the heart of the evening, with departments mixing in the booths. If an unlimited open bar is a must, get it in writing in the quote.

Bomb Squad Paris, the action game before the cocktail

Bomb Squad Paris, on boulevard de Sébastopol in the 3rd, is an action game, a more physical format than an escape room. Teams of 2 to 6 have one hour to complete physical and brain challenges and defuse a paint bomb. Starts every 10 minutes let up to 60 participants play over two hours while the others enjoy the reception area and its themed bar, available for private hire with a walking dinner or a custom buffet. Pricing goes from 45 euros per player for two down to 28 euros for six.

Who it is for, teams of up to 60 people who want to move before eating. The meal is a walking dinner or buffet, not a plated dinner.

La Fabrique Générale, the uncapped open bar

La Fabrique Générale, at 2 bis rue Léon Cosnard in the 17th, is a 350 m² venue on two levels, privatized for one event at a time. The open bar is included with no cap, with two published formats, an after-work for 20 to 80 people from 6 pm to 10 pm and a corporate party for 30 to 150 people from 7 pm to 11 pm, extendable to 1 am or 2 am as an option. Entertainment includes karaoke, an F1 simulator, a branded photobooth, pinball, indoor pétanque and VR headsets. Walking dinner or dinner, cooked on site.

Who it is for, companies that want a closed drinks budget and an evening that ends in karaoke. The entertainment is self-service on the side rather than a single activity that gets everyone playing together.

Kido, dinner followed by a comedy show

Kido, at 39 boulevard Saint-Michel in the 5th, combines a restaurant on the ground floor and a show room with a bar in the basement. The corporate package chains cocktails at the bar, a three-course Mediterranean dinner and a stand-up comedy show, with private hire up to 150 people.

Who it is for, a team that would rather laugh together than play. The activity is a show, you watch it more than you take part.

Shake n’ Smash, the cocktail bar and its private lounges

Shake n’ Smash, at 87 rue de Turbigo in the 3rd, privatizes lounges for 30 to 50 people, or the whole venue for up to 100. Cocktail workshop with a bartender (90 minutes, 80 euros per person), karaoke and photobooth. The bar works on a minimum spend, and a walking dinner comes to around 35 to 45 euros per person, until 2 am.

Who it is for, teams of up to 100 people who want a cocktail evening with light entertainment. The cocktail workshop acts as the activity, but weighs on the budget.

Matchplay Society, indoor golf and darts in Batignolles

Matchplay Society, at 73-81 rue Mstislav Rostropovitch in the 17th, is a lounge bar with indoor golf and connected darts. It hosts events up to 120 people, with a meeting room available, and offers drinks and finger food packages to add to the activity. Private events start from 18 euros per person.

Who it is for, teams that want a relaxed competition and an extended after-work. On the food side, it stays finger food rather than a full dinner.

Hall’s Beer Tavern, the pub with priced packages

Hall’s Beer Tavern, at 68 rue Saint-Denis in the 1st, publishes its company packages, 29 euros per person for an after-work for 10 to 30 people and 49 euros per person for the Signature package for 30 to 70, drinks and sharing food included, with a private area from 40 people and up to 100 depending on the layout. The connected darts board is free, quiz and blind test as options.

Who it is for, teams that want a known price in a pub atmosphere. The food is for sharing, not a seated dinner.

What this ranking will not tell you

Let us be honest about the limits. Only one venue on the list, La Fabrique Générale, publishes an uncapped open bar. Elsewhere, drinks go through a package, a minimum or a quote, and that is the first point to clarify. Capacities are maximums, often for a standing cocktail. Finally, “activity” does not mean the same everywhere. At PAN Bar Paris and Bomb Squad Paris, everyone plays, on rotation. At Kido, you watch a show. At La Fabrique Générale and Matchplay Society, entertainment is self-service. Choose based on what you want the team to experience.

Questions to ask before signing

  1. What exactly is the open bar? Slot duration, drinks included, spirits or not.
  2. Is the meal served or shared? Seated dinner, walking dinner or boards, capacity changes with the format.
  3. How many people play at the same time? And what the others do meanwhile.
  4. Closing time and day. A Tuesday or Wednesday is easier to negotiate than a Thursday in December. And if December is full, a winter party in Paris in January reopens the choice.

If your evening is part of the end of year, our guide to the end of year at work in Paris helps pick the right format. For an evening centred on a bar, our selection to privatize a bar for a corporate event in Paris compares 8 venues, and our team building activities in Paris widen the choice on the activity side.

Capacities, packages and prices checked on the venues’ official websites in October 2026. The maximum private-hire capacity of PAN Bar Paris was confirmed by the venue.

Frequently asked questions

Which venue for a corporate party with activity, dinner and open bar in Paris?
Several Paris venues combine all three. PAN Bar Paris, a shooting bar in the 10th, can be privatized for 30 to 150 people with a dedicated host, homemade food and a bar. Bomb Squad Paris, an action game in the 3rd, chains the game, a walking dinner or buffet and its themed bar for up to 60 participants. La Fabrique Générale, in the 17th, includes an uncapped open bar with karaoke, an F1 simulator and dinner for up to 150 people. Kido, in the 5th, combines cocktails, dinner and a stand-up comedy show for up to 150 people.
How much does a corporate party with open bar cost in Paris?
Published prices range from 29 to 49 euros per person for Hall’s Beer Tavern’s company packages, 35 to 45 euros per person for a walking dinner at Shake n’ Smash, and from 36 euros per person for the PAN Bar Paris team building package. Full packages with unlimited open bar, dinner and entertainment in a whole venue are most often on quote.
Unlimited open bar or drinks allowance, which to choose?
An unlimited open bar over a time slot is reassuring for the budget, you know the price in advance. A drinks allowance per person costs less but means managing tokens or wristbands. A minimum spend lets everyone order freely, with a final bill that can exceed the estimate. Always ask for the exact duration of the slot and the list of drinks included.
Which activity for a corporate party with dinner?
An activity played in small groups on rotation works better than one where everyone waits their turn. Booth shooting at PAN Bar Paris, the Bomb Squad Paris action game, indoor golf and darts at Matchplay Society, or karaoke and the simulator at La Fabrique Générale all run well while the others are at the bar.
How many people to privatize an all-in-one venue in Paris?
Most venues on this list go up to 100 to 150 people. PAN Bar Paris, La Fabrique Générale and Kido go up to 150, Matchplay Society up to 120, Shake n’ Smash and Hall’s Beer Tavern up to 100. Bomb Squad Paris lets up to 60 participants play over two hours.
How far ahead to book an all-in-one corporate party?
For November and December, allow two months, Thursdays go first. The rest of the year, three to four weeks is often enough for a group of 30 to 80 people.
